Your First Visit

When you arrive, you and your child will meet the doctor. He will examine your child and explain the dental care needs and problems that may exist, and discuss any necessity for taking x-rays. The doctor will also be happy to answer questions about any aspect of your child's dental health and our proposed treatment.

Appointments

As a courtesy, we will telephone you to confirm your appointment. If you cannot keep that appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance, so we may offer that time to another patient.

Insurance

Parents are urged to know about their dental insurance coverage. Please bring the proper insurance cards and or forms with you to the appointment. The office accepts "assignment of benefits". Our staff will assist you to get the maximum benefit from your dental insurance. Your policy is an agreement between only you and the carrier. It is your responsibility to be aware of, and follow through with the insurance plan's rules. Since most dental insurance pays for only a part of the cost of services, we request that you pay your portion of the cost at each visit.

Emergencies

Please call us any time on our 24 hour emergency number: 610-237-9070 and follow the instructions to reach the doctor on call.
